EFFECT OF TRIHYDROXYPROPIOPHENONE ON EJACULATORY DISTURBANCE

はじめに

　最近，われわれはCOMT阻害剤であるtrihy-droxypropiophenoneが，射精障害に有効であることを経験したのでここに報告する。

Psychoanalysis was the treatment of choice for ejaculatory disturbance, especially for those who could not obtain ejaculation or orgasm by intercourse or masturbation. Drug treatment has been tried but no effective drug has been reported so far. Based on our experiment that ejaculation, seminal emission and closure of the internal urethral orifice being controled by α-adrenergic receptor, trihydroxypropiophenone, an anti-COMT, and imipramine chloride, a drug to elevate the sensitivity to sympathetic nerve system, were applied to 2 cases with ejaculatory disturbance.
