緒言

　われわれは最近4歳の男児の不完全重複尿道の1例を経験した。異常開口部は陰茎背面根部にあり，副尿道は開口部より膀胱側へ約4cmの管腔を形成し，それ以後は恥骨結合の下を通り膀胱の近くで索状物となり，膀胱前壁に達していた。

A case of incomplete double urethra in a 4 year-old boy was reported. Ectopic urethral orifice was noticed at the dorsal side of the penis at delivery. Small amount of urine was voided from the ectopic urethral orifice during urination for 6 months after birth. No urinary leakage has been noticed ever sincebut the penis began to bend toward the dorsal side, gradually, which became most remarkable at the age of 4 and started to suggest future urinary and sexual disturbance.
