膀胱腫瘍類似の所見を呈した血栓による膀胱潰瘍の1例

BLADDER ULCER DUE TO THROMBUS: A CASE REPORT

はじめに

　膀胱鏡所見で潰瘍形成や壊死組織の附着がみられ，一見悪性の膀胱鏡所見のごとく思われるが，これと鑑別されなければならない疾患がある。著者らは血栓による潰瘍形成をみた膀胱炎を経験したのでこの症例を報告し，類似疾患について考察してみたいと思う。

A case of bladder ulcer due to thrombosis in a 35 year-old male, was reported. Clinical symptoms and cystoscopic findings were similar to bladder malignancy and their differential diagnosis were studied. The histological findings of this case was similar to Hunner's ulcer and therefore they were compaired and discussed.
