緒言
腎腺癌は腎腫瘍中最も多く，また珊瑚状結石もしばしば見られるが，腎腺癌に珊瑚状結石を合併した1例を経験したので報告する。
A case of renal adenocarcinoma complicated with staghorn calculi, in a 52 year old female with the chief complaint of hematuria and right flank pain, was reported.
Plain X-ray film revealed staghorn calculi at the right renal area and inspite that the left kidney was within normal limits, the right kidney was not visualized. During surgery for staghorn calculi, renal carcinoma was identified and total right nephrectomy was performed.
Lineac radiation and intravenous administration of 5-FU, were done postoperatively and 1.5 years after surgery, the patient is still in good health.
