陰茎悪性黒色腫の1例

MALIGNANT MELANOMA OF THE PENIS

緒言

　悪性黒色腫は皮膚腫瘍の中では最も悪性で，特に早期に発見処置せねばその予後は極めて不良である。われわれはこの度，受診時既に外尿道口の識別もできぬ程に陰茎前半部が腫瘍化し，両側鼠径部リンパ節にも既に転移を認めた陰茎悪性黒色腫に放射線治療法が著効を示した症例を経験したので報告する。

An advanced case of penile malignant melanoma, in a 67 year old farmer, which invasion was so extensive that the urethral orifice could not be identified and metastatic lesion to the inguinal lymph node was noticed at the first visit, with remarkable effect by radiation treatment, was reported and discussed.
