腎結石を伴うCushing症候群

A CASE OF CUSHING SYNDROME COMPLICATED WITH BILATERAL RENAL CALCULI

緒言

　Cushing症候群はH．Cushing^1,2）によりPituitarybasophilismとして報告されてから多くの症例が発表されてきた。

　その後内分泌学の進歩に伴つて本症候群は副腎皮質の過形成，腺腫，癌などによるものが大部分であることが判明した。また外科的には術式，および術前，術中，術後管理などについても多くの検討が加えられ，今日では，その治療法も詳細な点を除けばほとんど確立されている。

A case of Cushing syndrome complicated with bilateral renal calculi in a 43 years old female, was reported. Chief complaints were right flank pain with those typical of Cushing syndrome.

Various laboratory examination and X-ray investigation revealed a mass at the left adrenal area with no obstructive signs from the calculi, nor any data suggesting hyperparathyroidism.
