緒言

　近年重工業の発展に伴う産業災害の増加，ならびに交通事故の激増にともなつて，尿路外傷も多く経験されるようになつた。とくに腎外傷は，当教室においても13例を経験しているので，腎のレ線学的所見を中心として検討を行ない，2,3の知見を得たと思われるので報告する。

Radiologic studies of renal trauma, based on 13 cases, were discussed and some findings were reported.

I.V.P. was performed in 10 cases and among them 3 cases showed normal findings, 2 were not dis-tinct and 5 were unvisualised, but 4 of the unvisualised were visualised by repeated I.V.P. Therefore, repeated I.V.P. should be performed if the general condition of the patient would allow. Retrograde pyelography was performed in 4 cases and all showed findings enough to establish the diagnosis. Renal arteriography showed more value in the nephrogram phase than the arterial phase.
