緒言
腎腫瘍の中，肉腫は比較的稀なもので，その中でも平滑筋肉腫は珍しい疾患である。更に，Bourneville-Pringle母斑症にこれを認めた症例は，本邦の文献でも稀有なものである。
われわれは最近，18歳，女子のBourneville-Pringle氏病に併発した腎平滑筋肉腫を経験したので報告する。
A 18 year old female student visited our clinic with the chief complaint of painful mass at the right abdomen and transperitoneal right nephrectomy was performed after the diagnosis of right renal tumor was established by various examination. The removed specimen weighed 1, 260 g, sized 12×16×7. 5 cm and histopathological findings was renal rhabdomyosarcoma.
The sebaceous, shinny rice-grain sized eruption of the face, seen since the age of 2, was diagnosed as Bourneville-Pringles Disease.
No recurrence nor metastasis is noticed 3 years after surgery.
