緒言

　副腎の嚢腫は稀な疾患とされており，1670年にGreiselius^1）が第1例を報告して以来，Fosterら（1966）^2）は自験1例を加えた220例を集積し，以後Ceriseら（1968）^3）が4例報告している。

　本邦では，冨沢（1933）^4）の剖検例を第1例とし，剖検例2^4,5），臨床例9^6〜13），合計11例の報告がみられるのみである。

A case of left adrenal cyst in a 32 year old female with the chief complaint of a mass at the left upper abdominal region for 5 years, was reported. There were no remarkable findings by laboratory examination. The diagnosis of left perirenal cyst with displacement of left kidney was established by various x-ray examination. Surgery was done by transperitoneal approach to the retroperitoneal space and left nephroadrenalectomy including the cyst which occupied almost the entire left retroperitoneal space, was removed.
