乳児先天性砂時計膀胱の1例

A CASE OF INFANTILE CONGENITAL HOUR-GLASS BLADDER

緒言

　砂時計膀胱の成因については現在定説はないが，その多くは先天性疾患と考えられている。にもかかわらず，幼小児における砂時計膀胱の報告は本邦および欧米文献上極めて稀である。われわれは最近本邦報告例中最年少と思われる生後10カ月の乳児先天性砂時計膀胱を経験したので報告する。

A case of congenital hour-glass bladder in a 10 months old female, which is cosidered to be the youngest reported case in the Japanese literature, was reported.

Patient underwent a radical surgery for incarcerated hernia 7 months after birth, and recieved several catheterization for post-operative urinary retention. Ever since she repeated high fever with vomi-ting and recieved antibiotics for the diagnosis of pyelonephritis, but no improvement was seen.
