Ⅰ．緒言
尿管閉塞に起因する，仮性無尿症はまれな疾患ではなく，その原因の多くは結石，結核および腫瘍である。高安らの本邦における統計では，腫瘍の場合の大部分は子宮癌（77.8％）で，ついで胃癌（9.1％）が多い。しかし胃癌の転移による仮性無尿症の本邦報告例は1968年までに17例をみるにすぎない（第1表）。われわれは最近本症の1剖検例を経験したので報告する。
A 52 year old male, visited our clinic with uremic symptoms due to anuria for 7 days. Patient had an operation for gastric cancer 14 months previously, but clinical findings showed no signs ofrecurrence nor metastasis. Enlargement or tenderness of kidneys were not noticed by palpation, although nephrotoxic agents had been prescribed, therefore acute renal failure was suspected. Spontaneous urinary output was noticed on the 11th anuric day with no pathologic findings in the urine.
Ureteral catheterization was performed to rule out postrenal anuria and good amount of urine was obtained, followed by recovery from uremic symptoms.
