原発性副甲状腺機能亢進症の経験

THE EXPERIENCE OF PRIMARY HYPERPARATHYROIDISM

　尿路結石の成因にはいろいろなものが挙げられるが，血中および尿中のカルシウム増加も原因となることは良く知られ，その代表として副甲状腺機能亢進症がある。副甲状腺機能亢進症は本邦においても症例数が次第にふえてはいるが未だ稀な疾患に属する。我々も尿路結石を伴つた2症例を経験したので報告するとともに考察を加えたい。

Two cases of primary hyperparathyroidism were reported. First case is a sixty eight year old man who had a single adenoma of parathyroid gland, composed of chief cells. Second case is a twenty seven year old man who had hyperplasia of parathyroid glands, mainly composed of water clear cells.

The metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, together with the etiology, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of hyperparathyroidism were discussed.
