乳幼児睾丸腫瘍の臨床経験

CLINICAL TREATMENT OF INFANTILE TESTICULAR TUMOR

Ⅰ．はしがき

　最近小児外科の進歩に伴ない，小児悪性腫瘍に対する関心も増加し，多くの研究をみるに至つているが，その多くはWilms腫瘍，神経芽細胞腫あるいは肝癌など腹部腫瘍を中心とするものであり，睾丸腫瘍についての報告は少ない。

　睾丸腫瘍の発生は一般に小児には少ないとされているが，本邦においては欧米に比して小児における発生頻度がはるかに高い傾向にある^1）〜10）。また治療に対しても単なる除睾術にて比較的良好な成績が一般に得られているが^1），なかには早期に転移をきたし，放射線療法や化学療法も無効に終る場合もあり，最近の悪性腫瘍の治療の進歩につれて，睾丸腫瘍に対する治療力針も再検討される機運にある。

The treatment of infantile testicular tumor has mostly being limited to orchiectomy and extensive surgery and the combined treatment of radiation and chemotherapy has not been thoroughly investigat-ed, eventhough the incidence of infantile testicular tumor has been higher in Japan, compaired to the western countries and an important entity of infantile malignancy.

We have been investigating this point and are reporting our experience on 6 recent cases of infantile testicular tumor.
