白血病の前立腺浸潤による尿閉例

COMPLETE URINARY RETENTION DUE TO LEUKEMIC INFILTRATION OF PROSTATE: A Case Report

Ⅰ．緒言

　尿閉を主訴とした70才男子で，臨床検査所見と前立腺の針生検によつてリンパ性白血病の前立腺浸潤と確認しえた文献上19例目に当る臨床例を経験したので報告する。

A case of urinary retention by prostatic infiltration of leukemia was reported. A 70 years old male was admitted with the diagnosis of benign prostatic hypertrophy but the diagnosis of leukemia infiltrating the prostate was confirmed by differentaial white cell count, bone marrow smear, seminovesiculography, transrectal biopsy of the prostate and histopathological examination of the resected lymphnodes and the treatment by 6MP with radiation improved the general condition with reduction of the enlarged lymphnodes and has been released from dysuria for 2 years without any active treatment to the prostate.
