リンパ撮影で興味ある所見を呈した後腹膜リンパ嚢腫の1例

A CASE OF RETROPERITONEAL LYMPHATIC CYST

Ⅰ．緒言

　近年リンパ撮影法の考案により後腹膜腔のリンパ系の通過障碍に起因する一連の疾患に新たな興味が持たれている。後腹膜嚢腫の中にもこうした原因によるものも当然存在すると考えられているがその発生母地や発生病理の解明は必ずしも容易ではない。我々は最近リンパ撮影で興味ある所見を呈し，組織所見と併せて後腹膜リンパ嚢腫と診断できた後腹膜嚢腫の1例を経験したのでここに報告し，若干の考按を加えた。

Some new interests has increased in the obstructive lesions of the retroperitoneal lymphatic system by the recent advance in lymphography. A case of retroperitoneal lymphatic cyst, which was diagnosed by some interesting findings by lymphography and its histopathological findings, was reported and 21 cases were collected from the Japanese literature and reviewed. The importance of lymphography for its supplemental diagnostic method was stressed.
