緒言
私達は最近，副腎血管腫1例を経験したので報告する。
A 53 aged male case of adrenal hemangioma was reported. The diagnosis of the retroperitoneal non-normonal tumor was established after various examination. The tumor was removed surgically and weighed 760g, sized 9.4×9.5×14.5cm. Histopathological findings showed covernous hemangioma.
The adrenal hemangioma is very rare and only nine cases could be reviewed in the literature. This is 10th case in the world and third of such tumor found in a living person.
