原発性男子尿道癌の1例

A CASE OF PRIMARY CARCINOMA OF THE MALE URETHRA

Ⅰ．緒言

　原発性男子尿道癌は，Hutchinson^1）が1861年に初めて報告して以来，1950年までにMcCrea＆Furlong^2）が文献的に239例を収集し，自験例7例を加えて，計246例の統計的観察を報告した。わが国においても藤田ら^3）が1964年までに44例を収集し統計的観察を報告した。われわれもその1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of carcinoma of the urethra which occured primarily at the posterior urethra, in a 36 years old male, was reported. This case was misdiagnosed as periurethral abscess for 4 months since his first visit and developed a poor healing urinary fistula, but was finally diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma by biopsy. Total emasculation and tele Cobalt⁶⁰ irradiation was done but died 4 months later.
