Ⅰ．はじめに

　陰茎から発生する腫瘍は，その上皮細胞から発生するものが大多数で，深部組織から発生するものはまれであり^2），とくに血管性腫瘍は極めて少ないといわれている。著者は，陰茎亀頭部の血管腫の症例を経験したので報告する。

Most of the penile tumors occurrs from the epitheliale cell and rarely they occur from the deep tissue, therefore angioma is considered to be very rare. A case of hemangioma of the glans penis is reported.

Case is a 19 years old hotel waiter, who noticed a blue spot on the glans since he was 15 years old but left it alone since there were no pain. It grew larger very slowly and began to notice that the color became dark red and the surface elevated by errection and was admitted to the urological department of Niigata University on November 5, 1966.
