停留睾丸に発生したセミノームの症例追加

A CASE OF SEMINOMA IN DESENSUS TESTIS INCOMPLETE

Ⅰ．緒言

　停留睾丸は正常位睾丸に比し悪性化する傾向が高いといわれているが本邦では1898年佐藤^1）の報告以来今日まで90数例が報告されている。著者等は最近右停留睾丸より発生せるセミノームの1例を経験したのでここに若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

There is a high tendency of malignancy in undecended testicles compaired to those of normal position and approximately 90 or more cases of testicular tumors which occurred in undecended testicles are reported in Japan. The author has experienced a case of seminoma which occurred in undecended testicle.

Case is a 41 years old male clerk with the chief complaint of asymptomatic mass at right inguinale region and after various examination the mass was removed which histopathological findings showed seminoma.
