Ⅰ．緒言
陰茎に発生する血管腫は稀で，淋巴管腫を含めて欧米文献上17例1），2），我国では6例3），4），5）を数えるに過ぎない。最近我々は亀頭冠に発生した血管腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
27 years old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of painless swelling of glans penis for 20 years duration.
The dark red purple colored tumor with uneven surface almost encircled the glans penis like a string of rosary and discolored by pressure.
76% Urografin was injected directly into the tumor but the tumor at the glans, showed no con-nection with corpus cavernosum of the penis. Hereditery relations and complicaion of hemangioma of other organs was not noticed.
The tumor was removed surgically and histological findings was hemangioma cavernosum.
