緒言
最近われわれは比較的稀な膀胱血管腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 57-year-old female visited our hospital for examination of asymptomatic microhematuria. Cysto-scopic examination revealed a dark red, red bean sized, sessile tumor at the anterior wall of the bladder. Under the diagnosis of mesenchymal tumor of the bladder, partial cystectomy was carried out on Sep-tember 20, 1982. The tumor was 12×9×7mm in size, and diagnosed histologically as cavernous heman-gioma of the bladder.
