先天性臍尿瘻はまれな疾患であるが近年報告が増えている。われわれも最近尿膜管欠損による臍尿瘻の1例を経験し，手術的に治癒せしめえたので報告する。
A year and 8 months old boy, who was delivered normally, matured on the 10th month, started to spurt urine soon after the umbilical cord fell off, from the walnut sized umbilicus with a concave at the middle, wett, when he screamed and cried.
No.5 Nelaton's catheter was easily passed to the bladder from the umbilicus and fistulovesico-gram showed that the bladder was an isosceles triangle with the apex at the umbilicus.
Surgical findings revealed the bladder being wide at the lower part and became narrow as it neared the dome and the dome of the bladder was adjacent to the umbilicus.
