ライター氏症候群の1例

A CASE OF REITER'S SYNDROME

Ⅰ．緒言

　1916年Hans Reiterが諸関節の疼痛と粘液血性下痢便を前駆症とし，尿道膀胱炎，両眼結膜炎，発熱をきたした1例を報告した。尿道分泌物に淋菌を証明せず，血中より一種のスピロヘータを検出して，Spirochaetosis arthriticaの名の下に発表し，ネオサルバルサンで治癒せしめている。その後類似の症状を呈する症例が次々と報告され，かかる症例はライター氏病と称せられるに至つた。本邦では黒田が初めて発表し，1960年に八田はそれまでの6例をまとめて発表しているのみで稀な疾患である。最近我々は典型的な1例を経験したので報告する。

A 37 year old female farmer visited our clinic with the chief complaint of pain by micturition and frequent urination. Urinalysis and cystoscopic findings suspected tuberculosis of the kidney and bladder. Examination after admission showed anemia, increased sedimentation rate of the red blood cell, leucocytosis and urinalysis revealed strongly positive protein reaction and massive pus cells and red blood cells.

Conjunctivitis and degeneration of the cornea was complicated and 14 days later polyarthritis such as pain of the left knee, right shoulder, both ankles and finger joints of both hands occurred.
