Ⅰ．はじめに

　現在の社会状況のもとでは，腎外傷は必ずしも珍しい疾患ではないが，我々は腎破裂の診断で腎摘除術を施行するも，手術創から尿の漏出をみる患者を紹介された。検査により破裂腎片の取残しによる尿瘻であることが判明し，改めてこれを摘除し治癒せしめた。このような経過をとつた腎外傷症例は極めて稀であると思われるので，ここに報告する。

Case is a 25 years old male with the history of severe contusion at the right flank on March 20, 1966, while he was walking on the railroad bridge and fell when he was drunk. He visited a doctor after noticing bloody urine and nephrectomy was performed under the diagnosis of traumatic rupture of right kidney. 5 days later, after the drainage tube was removed, massive amount of urine like discharge was noticed from the site of drainage. Reflux of the bladder urine was suspected and ligation of the remaining ureter as performed on April 20, with no change of the urinary fistula.
