　症例は43歳，男性。主訴は右股関節痛。1999年6月4日右精巣腫瘍に対し，高位精巣摘除術施行し，セミノーマの診断を得た。StageⅠとして外来通院中であったが，術後9か月頃より血中LDH値が漸増した。術後1年経過時右股関節痛あり，整形外科を受診した。転移性骨腫瘍と診断され，当科に紹介された。BEP3コースおよび局所照射を併用した後，右大腿骨頭置換術を行った。術後18か月で再発を認めていない。

A 43-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of right hip joint pain.Right high inguinal orchiectomy had been performed one year previously and histological diagnosis was typical seminoma.The serum lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）level gradually elevated from about nine months after orchiectomy and bone biopsy revealed solitary metastatic bone tumor of the seminoma.Right hemiarthroplasty of the hip was performed after three courses of chemotherapy（peplomycin,etoposide,CDDP）and spot irradiation.The patient has been free of the disease for eighteen months after the arthroplasty.
