　73歳，男性。左下腹部の不快感を主訴に受診した。CTにて左後腹膜に膵，腎を圧排する辺縁不整な8×7.2cmの腫瘍を認めた。CTガイド下生検にて，小細胞癌の病理診断を得，全身化学療法（IP療法：イリノテカン＋シスプラチン）と放射線療法を施行した。治療終了時のCTにて奏効を認めた。

A 73-year old man with the complaint of left hypogastrium discomfort was referred to our hospital. Abdominal CT showed retroperitoneal tumor with irregular margin that oppressed surrounding the pancreas and left kidney（8×7.2cm）. We performed needle biopsy of the tumor which demonstrated small cell carcinoma of retroperitoneal origin. We administered four courses of chemotherapy with Irinotecan and Cisplatin and added radiation therapy in the middle of the fourth course of chemotherapy. After the treatments the contraction of the tumor had reached 78.8％on CT findings.
