後腹膜脂肪腫の1例

A CASE OF RETROPERITONEAL LIPOMA

　症例は68歳，男性。近医で尿潜血陽性を指摘され当科を受診した。腹部触診上，右側腹部に表面平滑な大きな可動性腫瘤を触知した。超音波検査，CT,MRIで右後腹膜脂肪肉腫を疑い，後腹膜腫瘍摘出術を施行した。大きさは24×12×8cm，重量は1,180gで，病理組織診断は脂肪腫であった。

We experienced a case of retroperitoneal lipoma in which preoperative diagnosis was difficult. A 68-year-old man was found to be positive for urinary occult blood and was referred to our hospital. Physical examination revealed a palpable mass in the right lateral adbominal region. CT scan and MRI scan suggested a retroper-itoneal liposarcoma. Transperitoneal resection of the tumor together with right kidney was performed. The weight of the tumor was 1,180 g. The pathological diagno-sis was lipoma. There have been 73 reported cases of retroperitoneal lipoma including our case in Japan.
