　24歳，男性。性行為の2週間後に外尿道口に腫瘤を自覚し当科を受診した。包皮，冠状溝および亀頭に病変は認めなかったが，外尿道口より舟状窩に乳頭状の腫瘍を認め，腫瘍切除および外尿道口切開を行った。病理結果は尖圭コンジローマであり，腫瘍組織よりヒトパピローマウイルスDNAが検出された。術後3か月再発および排尿困難は認めていない。

A-24-year old man was referred to our hospital for further examination and treatment of a papillary tumor protruding from the urethral meatus. He noticed the tumor two weeks after the recent sexual act. The lesion extended from urethral meatus to the fossa navicularis,but no remarkable findings were found in the bladder,posterior urethra,foreskin and glans. The tumor was resected completely and histological diagnosis was condyloma acuminatum. The HPV-DNA in the excised specimen was examined by liquid hybridization assay and types 6,11,42,43 and 44 were positive. There has been no recurrence of tumor for three manths after surgery.
