銀皮症の2例（症例追加）

はじめに

　銀製剤の長期内服によつて惹起される銀皮症は最近まれな疾患となつているが，昨年当教室で1例経験^1）したのについで，本年，まつたく同様の原因と推定される汎発性の銀皮症の2例を経験したので，ここに追加報告する。

Two cases, -a 32-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman-, of the generalized argyria were reported, which occured after the long-term therapy of the silver preparation for the postgast-rectomic gastrointestinal disturbances.

Both of them ingested the silver preparation for several years after the gastrectomia, and showed severe pigmentation over the exposed areas.

The histologic specimens showed the deposition of the black granules in the tissue which had the characteristic glistering by the darkfield microscope. The silver granules were failed to be proved histochemically and physically.

Biopsies were performed from the face and abdominal region in the first case to compare the distributions of the black granules in the tissues, without any significant difference.

Intravenous and intracutaneous administration of the hypo solution was performed without effect for the pigmentation.
