I．緒言
帯状疱疹は吾々皮膚科医が屡々経験する疼痛，発赤，小水疱の群生を主体とする疾患で，その殆んどが扁側性で一定の神経支配領域を犯すpop—ularな皮膚疾患とされておる。私は昭和38年1月より同42年12月迄の5年間に当診療所外来を訪ずれた帯状疱疹症例103例を経験したので，これに就いて簡単な統計的観察を行い，治験例を報告する。
The author has observed 103 cases of herpes zoster for 5 years, about 20 cases a year, from Jan. 1963 to Dec. 1967. Maximum frequency of incidence was found in June and September, and minimum occurence in May.
There was no significant sex difference (male 53 and female 50 cases). Forty seven cases were in the first and second decade of life. The most affected sites were the thoratic nerve area and then trigeminal area.
Almost all cases were cured within 8 days. There was no case accompanied with malignant neoplasm or other sever diseases.
