顎下腺基底細胞腺腫の1例

A Case of Basal Cell Adenoma

I．はじめに

　唾液腺に発生する良性腫瘍は多形腺腫が最も多くみられ^1），基底細胞腺腫（basal cell adenoma）は比較的稀な腫瘍である^2）。唾液腺腫瘍の病理組織分類において，基底細胞腺腫は以前単形腺腫の亜型に分類されていたが，1991年に改正され，現在は多形腺腫と同様の独立した組織像として分類されている^3）。

　今回われわれは，左顎下腺に発生した1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 63-year-old man presented with basal cell adenoma in the submandibular gland. This tumor was added to the classification of a salivary gland tumor by WHO in 1991. Most cases develop in major salivary glands,especially in the parotid glands,while those in the submandibular glands are relatively rare. Basal cell adenoma was histologically classified into four types：membranous type,solid type,trabecular type,and tubular type. A differential diagnosis between basal cell adenoma and basal cell adenocarcinoma depends on a cytologic atypia,growth pattern,and immunoreaction for Ki-67 or p53.
