　はじめに

　木村病は1948年に木村ら^1）によって報告され，飯塚^2）が木村病として提唱した疾患で，軟部好酸球性肉芽腫ともいわれるように，皮下軟部組織のリンパ濾胞の増殖を伴う好酸球性肉芽腫である。経過が緩慢で頭頸部領域，特に唾液腺やその周囲リンパ節に無痛性の腫瘤をきたす良性疾患であるが，再発することが多く，有効な治療法が確立されていないのが現状である^3,4）。

　われわれは最近2例の木村病を経験し，いずれも術後にオキサトミドを投与して，良好な結果を得たので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Patient 1 : A 54-year-old man underwent excison of one of tumors which located in the left post-auricular, and the right post-auricular region. His-tological examination revealed numerous giant fol-licles with infiltration by eosinophils, plasma cells and lymphocytes.

Diagnosis of Kimura's disease was made. The patient was placed on oral oxamide therapy and has remained under observation without recurrence of tumor in the left side, and there was no increase of tumor size in the opposite side.

Patient 2 : A 20-year-old man underwent exci-sion of one of tumors in the both sides of the sub-mandibular lesion. Histological findings similar to those in patients 1 indicating Kimura's disease. This patient was also placed on oxtamide therapy, and there was shrinking in the size of residual tumor and that in the opposite side.
