　はじめに

　結核症は化学療法の進歩や健康診断などの予防対策の普及により急速に減少している^1）。それに伴い喉頭結核も減少傾向にあり，比較的稀な喉頭疾患の1つになってきている。しかし，全くなくなったわけではなく，報告例も散見される^2〜9）。最近ではその病態も変化してきていると言われており^3〜8），日常診療の場で喉頭癌との鑑別に苦慮することも少なくない。今回，われわれは喉頭結核の3症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Three cases of laryngeal tuberculosis in our department were presented. Each patient com-plained of hoarseness and granulation and ulcera-tive lesions, similar to carcinoma, were found in the vocal cords. All cases were diagnosed by pathologi-cal examinations. The chest X-ray, sputum exami-nation, personal and family histories were helpful to make the diagnosis, however, the final confirmation was done by biopsy of the lesions. Administration of antituberculosis agents resulted in improvement, but one case with atrophy of the vocal cord mucosa showed a slight fixation of the vocal cord after treatment.
