　はじめに

　ダリエー病は異常角化によって脂漏部位に角化丘疹を多発する常染色体優性遺伝性皮膚疾患であり，発生頻度はおよそ10万人に1人とされている^1）。病理学的には異常角化と，棘融解を特徴とした円形体や表皮内裂隙形成といった所見を示す^1）。本疾患では極めて稀に慢性唾液腺炎やシェーグレン症候群などの唾液腺疾患を伴うことがあるとされている^2〜6）。われわれは，ダリエー病に合併した慢性耳下腺炎により，巨大な耳下腺腫瘤を形成した1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 27-year-old male, who had been followed up for Darier's disease, was complaining a swelling inthe left parotid region. The superficial lobe of the parotid gland was surgically removed, and his-tological examination revealed chronic inflamma-tion and squamous metaplasia due to the salivary duct obstruction. These pathological findings sug-gested that Darier's disease might cause chronic inflammation in the parotid gland. To our know-ledge, this is the first report that Darier's disease might cause chronic parotiditis with a swelling in the parotid gland.
