咽頭痛が主訴であった狭心症の1症例

A Case of Myocardial Ischemia Complaining of Pharyngeal Pain

　はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科において咽頭痛は日常よく遭遇する症状である。その原因としては炎症が最も多く，悪性腫瘍にも注意する必要がある。また，その他に鑑別すべき疾患として虚血性心疾患や頸椎の病変がある。今回われわれは，当院において咽頭痛を主訴に耳鼻咽喉科を受診した狭心症の症例を経験したので報告する。

A patient complained of pharyngeal pain and radiated pain to his left shoulder without symptom in his chest. Pharyngeal pain with or without gene-ral symptoms can be caused by myocardial is-chemia.
