　はじめに

　鼻・副鼻腔悪性腫瘍の組織型は大部分が扁平上皮癌で，腺癌は稀であり，そのうちでも両者が併存した腺扁平上皮癌は極めて稀である。今回われわれは，副鼻腔より発生した腺扁平上皮癌の2症例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

Two cases of adenosquamous carcinoma, which is a rare malignant tumor in the paranasal sinus are reported. Histopathological examinations revealed the coexistense of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma in the same lesion in both cases. The patients underwent surgical treatment in combina-tion with radiation and chemotherapy. There has been no recurrence during the years of various treatments. The clinical features, pathological find-ings and management of this tumor were discussed, and the literature was reviewed.
