鼻・副鼻腔非扁平上皮癌症例の検討—扁平上皮癌症例との比較検討

Non-squamous Cell Carcinoma of Nasal Cavity and Paranasal Sinus

　はじめに

　鼻・副鼻腔に発生する上皮性悪性腫瘍は，扁平上皮癌が80〜90％を占めるとされ，その臨床像に関しては，これまで多くの報告がなされている^1〜3）。一方，腺様嚢胞癌，腺癌などの非扁平上皮癌はその頻度は少ないが，病理組織学的に多彩な像を呈し，そのため診断，治療においても苦慮することが多いとされている。今回われわれは，当科において過去21年間に経験した鼻・副鼻腔原発の非扁平上皮癌症例を同期間の扁平上皮癌症例と比較，検討したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

Clinical features of 19 cases with non-squamous cell carcinoma seen in the past 21 years primarilyoccured in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus were analyzed. The order of frequency, from greatest to smallest, was adenoid cystic carcinoma, adenocar-cinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma. A combination therapy of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy was effective against local lesions in adenocar-cinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma. Recurrence after five years was seen in several cases, and it is suggesting a necessity of long-term follow-up.
