はじめに
唾液腺の腫脹をきたす疾患は腫瘍性，非腫瘍性と多岐にわたるが，そのなかで線維素性唾液管炎（sialodochitis fibrinosa）1）は本邦では奥田ら2），吉田3）らの数例の報告を見るにすぎない。今回，喘息の発作に同調して，数時間の単位で両側顎下腺が腫脹しまた消退する，線維素性唾液管炎の興味ある1症例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する。
A 47-year-old male with sialodochitis fibrinosa of the submandibular salivary gland was reported.
The characteristics of the patient were as fol lows; 1) A recurrent submandibular salivary gland swelling closely associated with asthma attack.
2) RAST was positive to house dust and Der-matophagoides farinae allergens, while negative reactions to 11 food allergens.
3) Smear of a mucous plug obtained from the submandibular duct was a mixture of many eosino-phils, lymphocytes, and epithelial cells.
