はじめに
グロームス腫瘍は，未梢動静脈吻合の特殊型であるglomus bodyより生じる腫瘍である1）。主に手指の爪床内に発生し，耳鼻咽喉科領域における報告は非常に稀である。今回われわれは，副鼻腔に発生したグロームス腫瘍の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 55-year-old male was complaining of right nasal obstruction. On physical examination, a hemorrhagic large tumor, arising from the middle nasal meatus, was found in the right nasal cavity. CT scan revealed the tumor extended to the right ethmoid sinuses and bilateral frontal sinuses.
The tumor was excised completely by Killian procedure and intranasal ethmoidectomy. The path-ological diagnosis was glomus tumor.
