A Review of the Present Condition of the Osaka Otorhinolaryngological First Aid Clinic

はじめに

　大阪府下においては大阪市救急医療事業団の中央急病診療所が中心となり，耳鼻咽喉科診療が昭和53年12月以来行われている。開設以来今日までの経過をたどってみると昭和47年11月救急医療，特に休日，時間外診療に関する大阪医師会の見解がなされ昭和51年4月大阪市救急医療事業団が設立された。つづいて昭和53年12月大阪市救急事業団の中央急病診療所で休日の耳鼻咽喉科診療が開始された。昭和59年12月には土曜日準夜帯，昭和60年12月，年末年始準夜帯が開始され，また平成2年3月21日より休日，日曜日準夜帯が開始されている。

We summarized the results of treatment in the Osaka city first aid clinic through study of Osaka city statistical diagnostic records.

Beginning in December 1978, during the day-time holiday hours, an otorhinolaryngological clinic for sudden illnesses was begun in the central clinic office.

Later we gradually began saturday evening and New Year's holiday hours at the clinic.

At the first aid clinic, the total number of patients increased annually, up to 8,000 patients admitted in 1988.

The number of male patients was greater than the number of female patients.

As for age span, most patients were under 10 years.
