はじめに

　アレルギー性真菌性鼻副鼻腔炎（AFRS：allergic fungal rhinosinusitis）は真菌に対するⅠ型・Ⅲ型アレルギーが関連した難治性の疾患である。従来稀な疾患とされていたが，近年病態の認知とともにその報告は増加してきている。今回われわれは小児に発症したアレルギー性真菌性鼻副鼻腔炎の1例を経験したので報告する。

　A 10-year-old female was admitted to our hospital with a complain of left nasal obstruction and postnasal discharge. CT showed a high-density internal and low-density peripheral mass in the left maxillary sinus, ethmoidal sinus, and frontal sinus. Endoscopic sinus surgery showed a polyp in the left nasal cavity and allergic mucin in these three paranasal sinuses. Pathological examination showed Charcot-Leyden crystal and a fungus which was suspected Aspergillus. Ten months after surgery, polyp in the left middle nasal meatus reccurred. But the patient has refused reoperation, and she has been followed up by medical therapy.
