Ⅰ．はじめに

　スエヒロタケ（Schizophyllum commune）は，担子菌門Basidiomycota，ヒダナシタケ目Aphyllophoreles，スエヒロタケ属Schizophyllumに属するきのこの一種である。今回われわれは，診断治療に苦慮した本邦2例目^1）となるスエヒロタケによるアレルギー性真菌性副鼻腔炎（allergic fungal sinusitis：以下AFSと略す）を経験したので報告する。

　Allergic fungal sinusitis is an intractable sinusitis due to allergy to fungus infection. The report of allergic fungal sinusitis in our country is few. We describe a case of allergic fungal sinusitis caused by Schizophyllum commune,and this is the second case reported in our country.

　A 37-year-old woman presented with excretion of allergic mucin which was pressed by endoscopic sinus surgery,and steroid hormone therapy after the operation was effective. The diagnostic criteria,and the treatment method for allergic fungal sinusitis will be established in the future.
