I．はじめに
鼻副鼻腔真菌症は単純X線検査にて片側性の副鼻腔陰影をみつけたさい，腫瘍，歯性上顎洞炎とともに鑑別すべき疾患とされている。しかし臨床の場においては比較的頻度が少ないこと，予後良好なことなどから，さほど重要視されていないのが現状であろう。しかるになかにはrhinocerebral mucormycosisのような致死率の高い病型もあり，注意が必要である。われわれは偶然に発見された節骨洞に限局する真菌症と，上顎腫瘍が疑われた真菌症の2症例を経験した。われわれの2例も含め本邦における115例について統計的考察を行ったので，症例提示とともにあわせて報告する。
Fungal infection of the nose and paranasal sin-uses usually shows unilateral shadows on x-ray. Although it requires to differentiate fungal infec-tion of the sinus from sinusitis and neoplasms, it is, in general, difficult to determine by preoperative examinations. We have experienced 2 cases of fungal infection of the nose and paranasal sinuses, one in the ethmoid sinus and the other in the maxillary sinus. We reviewed reports of 115 cases in Japan, including our 2 cases.
