I．はじめに

　鼻・副鼻腔に歯牙が発生することは比較的まれである。しかし鼻・副鼻腔に発生した歯牙が原因で鼻閉，鼻出血，副鼻腔炎，さらには頭重，顔面蜂窩織炎の生じた報告もある^1〜3,5,6）。

　鼻・副鼻腔のどの位置にどんな歯牙が発生しうるのかを知っておくことは，それぞれの症例にたいしてどのように対処すべきかを的確に判断するうえで重要なことと思われる。

A case of supernumerary teeth in the right nasal cavity in an 18-year-old female is reported. The patient had four supernumerary teeth in the middle nasal turbinate. One was similar to a canine tooth, the others to molar teeth.

Other systemic anomalies in this case included cleft palate and a ventricular septal defect. The supernumerary teeth in this case seemed to fall into the same category as the systemic anomalies.
