Ⅰ　はじめに

　骨に発生する血管腫である骨血管腫（intraosseous hemangioma）は骨腫瘍全体の0.7％を占め，脊椎，頭蓋骨，顔面骨の順に好発する^1）。頭蓋骨・顔面骨血管腫は骨腫瘍全体の0.2％を占め，その約半数が頭蓋骨に発生し，下顎骨には上顎骨の約2倍発生する^2）。今回，われわれは中鼻甲介に発生した海綿状骨血管腫の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　An intraosseous cavernous hemangioma arose from the tip of left middle nasal turbinate was reported. A 55-year-old woman was found a left nasal tumor when she was examined for nasal bleeding. She had neither history of antecedent facial trauma,nasal operation nor nasal bleeding. A large spherical hard tumor was observed in her left nasal cavity. CT scan with contrast media revealed a well-enhanced bony-rimmed tumor. The tumor was 32×23×40 mm in size. The tumor was removed under general anesthesia by means of transnasal endoscopic approach without preoperative embolization. No recurrence of the tumor was found for six years.
