はじめに

　アブミ骨固着を呈する疾患としては，底板が固着する耳硬化症をはじめ，中耳奇形や鼓室硬化症，アブミ骨上部構造の固着例も挙げられる。これらの疾患はアブミ骨手術による中耳伝音再建を行うことで聴力を改善することが可能である。当科では過去12年間に57例71耳のアブミ骨固着症例を経験した。今回われわれはこれらの症例について術後成績を中心に検討したので報告する。

　We analyzed the result of stapes surgery patients including otosclerosis（56 ears）and congenital foot plate ankylosis（15 ears）between 1999 and 2011 in our hospital. The success rates of hearing improvement according to the statement of Otological Society of Japan were 92.6％ at otosclerosis and 92.0％ at congenital foot plate ankylosis. One revision case of otosclerosis showed an extensive incus erosion during revision surgery. In mixed congenital auditory ossicular malformation with especially stapes footplate fixation, the preoperative diagnosis might be difficult and requiring unexpected procedures with a poor hearing outcome.
