はじめに

　唾石症は耳鼻咽喉科領域でしばしば遭遇する疾患であるが，そのほとんどが顎下腺に発生する。耳下腺に生じる唾石の発生頻度は低くく^1～3），偶然検査で発見されるなど無症状である場合が多いため，治療を要することは稀である^4）。今回われわれは，耳下腺炎，耳下腺膿瘍を反復したステノン管内の耳下腺唾石症に対し，口内法による摘出術を施行したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Sialolithiasis is often found in the submandibular gland, but rarely in the parotid gland. A 44-year-old man complained of repeated swelling and abscess formation of the parotid gland. A multilocular salivary stone, with a maximum diameter of 9mm, in the Stenon duct posterior of the anterior portion of the masseter muscle was revealed by CT and MRI. An intraoral operation was done without any postoperative complications. Removal salivary stone through interoral approach is considered as one of the treatment choices even in cases of profound Stenon duct stone.
