喉頭に発生した非定型カルチノイド症例

Atypical carcinoid tumor of the larynx：A case report

Ⅰ　はじめに

　喉頭に発生する腫瘍のうち，カルチノイドは0.6％を占めるに過ぎない^1）。今回，われわれは，喉頭に発生した稀な非定型カルチノイドの1症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を含めて報告する。

　A 73-year-old female presented with an atypical laryngeal carcinoid tumor. The patient first visited our hospital in 2005 with complaint of a sore throat of some duration. A solid tumor was recognized in the right arytenoid. A biopsy was taken and the diagnosis was atypical carcinoid tumor of the larynx. We performed total laryngectomy. After operation,there are no recurrence nor distant metastasis.
