I．はじめに

　修復性巨細胞肉芽腫（giant cell reparative granuloma：以下，GCRGと略）は上顎骨，下顎骨骨内の出血に対する修復過程に発生し，骨巨細胞腫（giant cell tumor of bone）とは異なる新たな分類を要する病変としてJaffeら^1）により最初に報告された。

　今回われわれは，鼻中隔に発生したGCRGの1例を経験したので報告する。

　Giant cell reparative granuloma is a non-neoplastic tumor caused by a hyperplastic reparative reaction to intraosseus hemorrhage.

　We reported a rare case of giant cell reparative granuloma arising from the nasal septum. The granuloma recurred after the first excision,and the mass was removed with surrounding septal cartilage.

　There have been no evidence of recurrence after the second surgery.
