・糖尿病を基礎疾患として，両手背と顔面に生じた環状弾力線維融解性巨細胞肉芽腫（annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma：AEGCG）を経験した．

・病理組織学的所見にて，本疾患に特徴的な変性した弾性線維の貪食像とthree distinct zonesを示唆する所見を認めた．

・治療は遮光に加えて，ステロイド外用と抗ヒスタミン薬内服にて，皮疹の改善を得られた．

A case of annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma with diabetes mellitus

We report a 72 years-old male with annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma(AEGCG) presenting erythema and papules on the dorsa of both hands and face. Histopathological findings of biopsy specimen from the raised border of the lesion showed giant cell granulomatous inflammatory reaction in relation to elastotic fibers. The skin eruption of AEGCG were improved with sun protection, in addition to topical steroids and antihistamine medication.
